FTA Announces Additional Assistance Funding for Transit Systems Under FY 2021 American Rescue Plan

The Federal Transit Administration is offering $2.2 billion in discretionary grants to eligible transit systems to help cover costs related to COVID-19, such as operations, personnel, and debt service payments, and to avoid layoffs and furloughs.
