HUD Announces Adjustments to Mortgage Limits and Rehabilitation Threshold for 2021

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is announcing adjustments to the Basic Statutory Mortgage Limits for Multifamily Housing Programs and the substantial rehabilitation threshold for the 2021 calendar year, as mandated by Section 206A of the National Housing Act.
