STB Grants Exemptions to Four Rail Companies

The U.S. Surface Transportation Board (STB) has granted exemptions to four rail companies, including Vermilion Valley Railway Company, Inc., from control requirements, allowing them to operate under the control of Midwest & Bluegrass Rail, LLC.
