Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: X 2 SEA (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel to carry passengers for hire, with a capacity of 12 or fewer, to operate under a U.S. coastwise endorsement.
