FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for International Aero Engines Turbofan Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) to address an unsafe condition on certain International Aero Engines (IAE) turbofan engines, following an incident involving an uncontained failure of a high-pressure turbine disk on an Airbus A321-231 airplane.
