Sana Biotechnology Inc. to Pursue Exclusive Patent License for CAR Therapy

The National Cancer Institute is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Sana Biotechnology Inc. to develop and commercialize Allogeneic T Cell and Gene Therapy Vector Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) therapies targeting CD22 alone or in combination with CARs targeting CD19 for the treatment of B-cell malignancies.
