Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessel SHARKNADO (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, SHARKNADO (Motor), to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, and how this may impact U.S. vessel builders and businesses using U.S.-flag vessels.
