Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: YCM 105 (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, YCM 105 (Motor), to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, and how this may impact U.S. vessel builders and businesses using U.S.-flag vessels.
