Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessel TAHINA (Sail); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to issue a coastwise endorsement eligibility determination for a foreign-built vessel, TAHINA (Sail), which will carry up to 12 passengers for hire, and how this may impact U.S. vessel builders and businesses.
