Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: DRAGONFLY (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the DRAGONFLY (Motor), to carry passengers for hire in the U.S. The vessel will have a capacity for up to 12 passengers and the Maritime Administration is seeking input on how this may impact U.S. vessel builders and businesses using U.S.-flag vessels.
