EPA Disapproves Pesticide Product State Registrations for Special Local Needs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has disapproved pesticide product state registrations for special local needs, as required by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and published the disapprovals in the Federal Register on March 15, 2021, April 9, 2021, and April 23, 2021.
