FHWA Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement Notice for I-71/I-75 Brent Spence Bridge Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) are rescinding a 2006 notice to prepare an environmental impact statement for the I-71/I-75 Brent Spence Bridge corridor improvements project in Ohio and Kentucky, as the project was downscoped to an environmental assessment and a finding of no significant impact was issued in 2010 and 2012, respectively.
