FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Bombardier Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier airplanes to address a risk of wing stall and ice accumulation on the wing leading edges, following a report of an incident during a landing flare.
