EPA Reissues Final Pesticide General Permit for Point Source Discharges

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued the final 2021 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) pesticide general permit (PGP), replacing the existing 2016 permit, which authorizes point source discharges from pesticide applications in US waters for a period of five years.
