The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has announced temporary closures on public lands in Maricopa County, AZ, to prevent potential collisions during the Vulture Mine Off-Road Challenge off-highway vehicle (OHV) race events, which are authorized under a Special Recreation Permit (SRP), as required by the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
