Air Plan Approval; North Carolina; Mecklenburg Air Quality Permit Rules Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the North Carolina State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Mecklenburg County, which updates several air pollution control rules and adds new ones. The revisions were submitted by the State of North Carolina on behalf of Mecklenburg County Air Quality.
