EPA Announces Guidance for Superfund Grants to States and Tribes for Fiscal Year 2022

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing guidance to states and tribes on how to submit noncompetitive grant requests for Fiscal Year 2022 under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), also known as Superfund, to establish or enhance response programs for brown fields sites and other contaminated sites.
