USCIS Corrects TPS Designation Notice to Clarify Haiti Termination

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is making a correction to a 2021 notice regarding Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations for several countries, including Haiti, to clarify that a previously announced termination of TPS for Haiti will not be implemented unless a court order is reversed.
