EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee's Limited Maintenance Plan for 1997 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of Tennessee, which includes a limited maintenance plan for the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) in the Montgomery County, Tennessee area.
