EPA Approves Maryland's Negative Declaration for Oil and Gas Industry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which determines that there are no oil and gas sources within its borders subject to the EPA's 2016 Oil and Gas control techniques guidelines.
