EDA Expands Eligibility for Tribal Entities to Receive Grants

The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA) has finalized a rule to include for-profit Tribal corporations in the definition of eligible Tribal entities for grants under the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (PWEDA).
