EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina's Mecklenburg Local Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Mecklenburg County portion of North Carolina's State Implementation Plan, which updates ambient air quality rules and adds a new rule for fine particulate matter, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
