Nomenclature Change for Position Title

On September 15, 2021, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published in the Federal Register a final rule that amended regulations to revise the title of the "Director, Loan Guaranty Service" to "Executive Director, Loan Guaranty Service" to reflect organizational changes. This correction addresses minor technical errors in the published final rule.
