Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: HIGH YIELD (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel to carry passengers for hire, with a capacity of up to 12 passengers, for coastwise trade in the United States.
