Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessel MIDNIGHT FANCY

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the MIDNIGHT FANCY, to carry passengers for hire in U.S. waters, with a capacity of up to 12 passengers.
