DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Reduce Small Purchase Threshold Exceptions

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, which reduces the dollar threshold at which an acquisition is exempt from certain source restrictions.
