US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Findings for Five Species Under Endangered Species Act

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has announced 90-day findings on petitions to add four species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants, and one species to be downlisted from endangered to threatened, citing substantial scientific or commercial information that may warrant these actions, and plans to initiate status reviews to determine the warranted actions
