NMFS Requests Public Comment on Proposed Waiver and Regulations for Eastern North Pacific Gray Whales

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on an Administrative Law Judge's recommended decision to issue a waiver and regulations allowing the Makah Indian Tribe to take a limited number of Eastern North Pacific gray whales for ceremonial and subsistence purposes.
