EPA Approves Nevada Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Nevada's Underground Storage Tank (UST) program, which was previously authorized on July 17, 1998, and will remain subject to the EPA's inspection and enforcement authorities.
