EPA Approves Missouri Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by Missouri, allowing the St. Louis area to no longer rely on vehicle inspections and Reformulated Gasoline for ozone maintenance, meeting Clean Air Act requirements.
