ONRR Withdraws 2020 Valuation Reform and Civil Penalty Rule
The Office of Nuclear Regulatory Review (ONRR) has withdrawn the 2020 Valuation Reform and Civil Penalty Rule, a final rule that was set to take effect on January 1, 2024.
