FMCSA Announces Renewal of Financial Responsibility Information Collection Request

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a renewal of its Information Collection Request (ICR) for motor carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers to comply with financial responsibility filing requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
