Mexico Textile and Apparel Imports to Use Electronic Certification System (eCERT) for Preferential Tariff Treatment

Mexico has agreed to use the Electronic Certification System (eCERT) to transmit certificates of eligibility for textile and apparel imports eligible for preferential tariff treatment under the USMCA, replacing the current paper-based system.
