US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Mobile Access Equipment from China Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies from China are being sold in the US at less than fair value, and has postponed the final determination and extended provisional measures.
