BOEM Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind Projects Offshore New Jersey

BOEM is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind Projects, which proposes the development of two wind energy projects offshore New Jersey, following the submission of a construction and operations plan (COP) by Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC.
