US Department of Commerce Determines Thermal Paper from Germany is Being Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that thermal paper from Germany is being sold in the US at a price lower than its true market value, and has also determined that certain circumstances surrounding the sale are critical.
