Thermal Paper From Spain: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has made a final determination that thermal paper from Spain is being sold in the US at less than fair value from October 1, 2019, through September 30, 2020. The Commerce Department will implement duties on the imported thermal paper.
