EPA Corrects Final Rule on Air Plan Approval for Alabama, Removes CAIR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected a final rule published on July 7, 2021, which approved an air quality improvement plan for Alabama, removing the Clean Air Interim Rule (CAIR) and addressing an error in the amendatory instructions.
