US Commerce Department Suspends Antidumping Duty Investigation on Mexican Tomatoes
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that three Mexican companies are in compliance with an agreement suspending an antidumping duty investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico, meeting statutory requirements from 2019 to 2020.
