EPA Approves New York State Plan to Reduce Ozone Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to reduce ozone emissions in the New York Metropolitan Area and the Jamestown area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
