NTSB Amends Internal Personnel Rules and Practices

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is updating its internal personnel rules to reflect changes in how it handles Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and records, including the closure of its public reference room and removal of outdated exemptions.
