Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Columbia River Construction

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone along the Columbia River in Portland, Oregon, to protect navigable waters during construction from November 1, 2021, to February 28, 2022.
