FDA Clarifies COVID-19 Countermeasures Declaration Under Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act

The clarification aims to correct a misunderstanding by specifying that recommendations and schedules related to COVID-19 countermeasures are made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) after consulting with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).
