Commerce Preliminarily Determines Countervailing Duties on HWR Pipes and Tubes from Turkey, Rescinds Review for Eight Companies

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of countervailing duties on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey, covering the period January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019. The review found that Ozdemir Boru Profil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. received de minimis countervailable subsidies.
