NMFS Announces Public Workshop on Recovery Planning for Rice's Whale Under ESA

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is hosting a public workshop to gather expert input on recovery planning for the endangered Rice's whale (Balaenoptera ricei), in accordance with section 4(f) of the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
