US Delays Electronic Monitoring Program for West Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization

The US has delayed the implementation of the Electronic Monitoring Program for the West Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program until at least January 1, 2024, providing additional time for industry and service providers to prepare for the change, which is expected to strengthen industry support and increase participation when the program is implemented.
