Nasdaq to Review Proposed Rule Change for Acquisition Company Transactions

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has issued an order to review a proposed rule change that would allow acquisition companies to transfer a portion of their deposit accounts to another entity in a spin-off or similar corporate transaction.
