Veterans Health Administration to Submit Information Collection for Community Residential Care Recordkeeping Requirements to OMB for Review

The Veterans Health Administration, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is submitting a collection of information related to Community Residential Care recordkeeping requirements to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
