Commerce Preliminarily Finds Negromex Sold ESB Rubber Below Normal Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that Industrias Negromex S.A. de C.V. (Negromex) sold emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) from Mexico at a price below its normal value during the review period from September 1, 2019, to August 31, 2020, and is seeking public comment on the preliminary results.
