US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds South Korean Carbon Steel Pipe Producers Underpaid US Taxes

The US Department of Commerce has found that South Korean producers of heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes sold their products in the US at less than their normal value between September 1, 2019, and August 31, 2020, prompting a request for public comment on the preliminary results.
